We request to have a transition for liblxqt for new soversion, and also
libqtxdg transition (https://bugs.debian.org/1088886). All affected
packages are built in experimental.
The collision with the libkscreen transition from KDE 6 is not an issue, as
libkscreen has already migrated and this transition will help finish that one.
So go ahead.
