I just made a pull request there, but because I also updated it to the latest upstream release, besides the master branch, there are other refs that need to be pushed: "upstream" branch, "pristine-tar" branch, "upstream/3.3.14+ds1" tag, "debian/3.3.14+ds1-1" tag. If you accept my changes, I think it may be easier for you to fetch from https://salsa.debian.org/del111/postfixadmin.git and push these refs.
