If the name of the package should not be "julius", I guess for avoiding a collision with RFP #506606, I suggest we use something else than the main developer nickname to distinguish this package.
Since this is an engine for the video game named "Caesar III", I would suggest "julius-caesar3" or "julius-engine". On the other hand, since the other "julius" RFP got no real activity for the last 15 years (and the given upstream URL seems to be dead), maybe the current one could take over that name? By the way, I rely on this game engine through ./play.it [1], so I’m highly interested in getting it into Debian. That means I plan to turn this RFP into an ITP in some not-too-distant future, as soon as I can find the right mix of time and motivation to work on it. game-data-packager [2] would benefit from it too, as it would allow it to propose support for Caesar 3, as an alternative to ./play.it. If there is still no activity on the other "julius" RFP when I start working on the current one, I plan to take over the name and rename the other one to "julius-speech" (it is a speech recognition engine).
