According to MetaCPAN Crypt::OpenSSL::Guess now lives at

  https://github.com/akiym/Crypt-OpenSSL-Guess

The current control Homepage points to the MetaCPAN page, which is less 
specific (but maybe less prone to bitrot?). Please update if you think 
it's an improvement.
