There are several changes between 6.10 and 6.11 that drop support for
older firmware. I found at least:

I think the right firmware for your hardware is
iwlwifi-QuZ-a0-hr-b0-XX.ucode. With the above bumps, XX must be 77.

I would expect something like:

        iwlwifi 0000:00:xx.x: firmware: failed to load 
iwlwifi-QuZ-a0-hr-b0-77.ucode (-2)

in your kernel log.

This version of firmware-iwlwifi however only ships the files for XX =
50, 59 and 72.

So please try updating your firmware-iwlwifi package to at least
20230625-3~exp1.

If that doesn't fix your problem, please provide a full kernel boot log
of the broken configuration. (And if that fixes it for you, please also
report back that this bug can be closed.)
