Description : SDL2 bindings for Ruby

Ruby/SDL2 is an extension library to use SDL 2.x (Simple DirectMedia
Layer). This library enables controlling audio, keyboard, mouse, joystick,
3D hardware via OpenGL, and 2D video using opengl or Direct3D. Ruby/SDL2
is mostly used for games and visual demos.

Including this package in Debian repositories would allow games still
relying on the obsolete SDL 1.2 bindings to be updated to target these
new bindings, cf. https://bugs.debian.org/1038074

I have no real experience with Ruby gems packaging, but if someone
volunteers to guide me through the process I am willing to handle the
initial packaging. Please answer to this bug report if you are willing
to help, so I know I can convert it into an ITP.

If I am to handle the initial packaging (and probably the future
maintenance), it would most probably be under the umbrella of the Ruby
team.
