Bug#1086228: cyrus-caldav: CardDAV addresssbook give nghttp2 errors

Oops, it seems the problem only occurs when requesting the address book 
with Firefox.
Using Chromium or Cardbook for Thunderbird the address book is 
downloaded without generating any error.
