The build failed twice in a row in s390x: https://buildd.debian.org/status/logs.php?pkg=gobgp&ver=3.30.0-1%2Bb1&arch=s390x I can reproduce this (randomly, but with high failure rate) on amd64 as well: https://people.debian.org/~sanvila/build-logs/gobgp/ and for that reason I'm removing ppc64el from the title. I think the failure happens when the machine is not very fast, not really an arch-specific thing. The package is otherwise reproducible: https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/rb-pkg/unstable/amd64/gobgp.html so if a test fails, I'd say we can't trust the test and we might better disable it. If you need a VM to reproduce this, please contact me privately, but before doing so please try GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="nr_cpus=1" because the failure rate seems to be higher that way. Thanks.
