* What led up to the situation?
The racket (and drracket) package runs extremely slowly on an aarch64
machine, sometime during this semester. (In August it ran fine). The same
version of racket compiled for other
systems (termux, guix) work as expected.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
