#1084916 has been closed:
    libgtk-4-1 should not recommend (CUPS v3) cpdb-backend-cups:
        https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1084916

Can you confirm that #1084195 is fixed now?
