CUPS 1.2.1 includes a new set of cupsd.conf directives around policy. The documentation at www.cusp.org does not explain what these are or how to use them. The docs that come in the install do.
In order for me to work, I just commented out all od the policy directives and then I will re-enable them once I have a chance to understand them better.
