* What led up to the situation?
Modified dracut conf, needed updated initrd.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
Modified dracut.conf, called fai-make-nfsroot -k as per FAI Guide section "Boot
errors"
* What was the outcome of this action?
The initrd is not updated because dpkg-reconfigure dracut is not called.
Manually calling chroot /srv/fai/nfsroot/ dpkg-reconfigure dracut did rebuild
the initrd but with many warnings.
* What outcome did you expect instead?
A rebuilt initrd as per the guide.
update_nfsroot() in fai_make-nfsroot should probably also dpkg-reconfigure
dracut at some point.
