Dear Debian libskk package maintainers,

Package libskk-utils has a missing runtime dependency to package skkdic.
If skkdic is not installed, executing /usr/bin/skk will yield the following
error message:

/usr/bin/skk
can't open file dict /usr/share/skk/SKK-JISYO.L: Error when getting information 
for file “/usr/share/skk/SKK-JISYO.L”: No such file or directory
