I converted librust-jiter+python-dev from a real package into a virtual
package. The cruft report (below) doesn't quite understand virtual
packages and thinks that removing it will break pydantic-core's
Build-Depends, but this isn't true since librust-jiter-dev still
Provides it. Could you please decruft librust-jiter+python-dev anyway?
