https://www.intel.fr/content/www/fr/fr/content-details/782158/intel-64-and-ia-32-architectures-software-developer-s-manual-combined-volumes-1-2a-2b-2c-2d-3a-3b-3c-3d-and-4.html with Firefox, which runs in firejail (firefox profile). This had the effect to download a PDF file ("Intel® 64 and IA-32 Architectures Software Developer’s Manual", June 2023), which I viewed in zathura (in my Firefox "Applications" settings, for PDF, I have "Always ask"). But pages 1 to 876 appeared as black (by that, I mean that the pages were entirely in black color). Pages 877 to 5066 were OK. Navigating through the document with PageDown, PageUp, End, Home did not change this fact. I tried again from Firefox 3 times by reloading the page with Ctrl-R, and these times, pages 1 to 175 were black. In a terminal, from a normal shell, I couldn't reproduce this issue, even after removing the ~/.config/zathura directory. But in firejail in the same sandbox as firefox firejail --join=firefox the issue occurs all the time, with pages 1 to 175 appearing as black. Then, still from the firejail sandbox, I moved out the .local/share/zathura/bookmarks.sqlite file, and the problem disappeared. Then I tried with the bookmarks.sqlite culprit file in a normal shell, and the problem appeared. I've attached this file (it doesn't seem to contain too private data).
