The pandas reprotest logs on salsa-ci are usually incomplete, because
two builds of pandas is over the log size limit.

does have a complete log, which does still show this issue (search for
'current active' - it is currently in pandas.Flags.html, but which files
are affected probably changes randomly on each build).
I have not yet investigated what causes it - thanks for the hints.
