When installing report bug I get error:

After looking up the source file
(/usr/share/reportbug/reportbug_submit.py) there seems to be other
syntax errors also.
I am using uptodate Unstable. This bug report is submitted by email as
http://www.debian.org/Bugs/Reporting suggests since report bug is
broken.
