This is #1076751, for which the root cause is #1076750 in which I asked the
git maintainers for advice on how to proceed.
Obviously git is more important than ikiwiki-hosting, so if the
release/security teams would prefer to push git into testing and break
ikiwiki-hosting, I believe removing ikiwiki-hosting from testing or
ignoring its autopkgtest regression would work.
ikiwiki-hosting is up for removal on 2024-08-21 anyway.
I am the current maintainer of ikiwiki-hosting, but I intend to orphan
it in the next upload if it isn't adopted, and the amount of time I can
spend on it is limited.
