Packages maintained in the Rust team are relaxed regarding some classes of test failures, raising the risk of missing problems early. For these reasons, and because I am not strong in coding Rust, so I fear situations where upstream may not be able to (or interested in) helping out with Debian-specific issues, I find it relevant to check most possible, *before* entering testing.
