Downgrading these packages to previous version, everything works again, so I put these packages in hold, waiting to resolve.
Can confirm.Bumping the issue to RC so users are informed before the upgrade and the faulty package doesn't migrate to testing. Also reassigning to a more appropriate package and fixing the version (1.22.0-2.1+b1 is explicitly not affected).
