This adds a new private library libgallium.so which is a new dependency for libGLX_mesa.so.0, libEGL_mesa.so.0 and libgbm.so.1, and therefore is likely to need a new binary package and NEW processing. It would probably be useful to get an experimental upload of this into the queue before it becomes time-sensitive. I needed this version for a work project, so I did some draft packaging where libgallium.so is a new binary package mesa-libgallium, which libglx-mesa0, libegl-mesa0 and libgbm1 all depend on. Please see <https://salsa.debian.org/xorg-team/lib/mesa/-/merge_requests/43> which has more information about the handling and potential future changes of libgallium. The name "mesa-libgallium" is a matter of taste, please feel free to change it if something else seems more appropriate.
