Could you please check you still have this bug with liboil0.3 0.3.9-1?
Simply run:
GST_REGISTRY=/var/lib/gstreamer/0.8/registry.xml \
gst-register-0.8 > /dev/null || true
as root and tell me if the warning occurs.
If it does, please try "export OIL_CPU_FLAGS=0" first.
