Are you sure from you ?

If I send you more a new logs and you tell me again that it's not what you 
need, I won't start trying to help you solve your bugs a 4th time !!!

That means debug level is still INFO.
Please try 
sudo nmcli general logging level LEVEL domains ALL

And show the output of the outcome. This is always important because
people on the other side need to know if the command was successful.
