Hello.

The Debian-specific installkernel(8) script would install the new Linux image
under /boot/ with name begining with 'vmlinuz', despite the image is
compeltely uncompressed. The Linux riscv build system names uncompressed image
as 'Image', and gzip(1)-compressed image as 'Image.gz'; this can be seen in
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/tree/arch/riscv/Makefile?h=v6.6.36#n169
and
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/tree/arch/riscv/boot/install.sh?h=v6.6.36

By default, the build system will install the uncompressed image (Image) using
installkernel(8). The installed file should be named as 'vmlinux-...' instead.
