For some reason, this is still happening in the current version, see attach. It also fails in reproducible builds: https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/rb-pkg/unstable/amd64/golang-github-google-cel-go.html If you can't reproduce it, my offer for a VM to reproduce this still holds (please contact me privately if you need it).
