I see that t/runner.py run fine with a python3 shebang; and the upstream code has been hybridized to support both Python2 and 3 without needing a 2to3 kludge. 2to3 : https://bugs.python.org/issue40360 "Now we just have to remember to actually remove the damn thing in 3.13" Greetings
