Hmh, yeah. Well. It's not a bug, it's a feature (tm). It has been reported on Xfce mailing list ([1]), and Olivier Fourdan (upstream developper) said it was an intended decision ([2]). But then he changed his mind, following users point of view ([3]). So this will be fixed on the next beta.
