Please remove octave-zenity. It is dead upstream, the last release was in 2015. It FTBFS against Octave 9, the version which will soon migrate into testing. This package has been superseded by the Octave-Forge cfitsio package. We, the Debian Octave Group, are planing to package it for Debian in the near future. Thanks, Rafael Laboissière
