Hello maintainers of the LXQt-desktop environment,

Somewhere between the archive snapshots 20240509T082253Z and 20240510T081638Z something changed, that caused that the package lxqt-panel could not be installed any more in sid.
This can be seen in Jenkins [1][2] by the daily builds of sid.

The error message from apt is:
<quote>
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 lxqt-core : Depends: lxqt-panel but it is not installable
</quote>

I've tried to produce a minimal set:
* In aptitude, I went to the lxqt-panel page
* Except for the 'Suggests: lxqt|lxqt-core', I was able to install all
dependency packages (from the Depends and Recommends sections)
* Then, installing 1.3.0-1+b1 still gives me no option, except for reverting the installation of lxqt-panel

Additionally, I've looked at trixie/testing in openQA [3], and there the same version of lxqt-panel is installed, and that one installs properly. So there might be something else in sid, which I haven't been able to figure out.

An alternative approach to reproduce the issue:
* debootstrap testing mytest
* chroot mytest
* apt-get install lxqt-core
* Adjust /etc/apt/sources.lists from testing to sid
* apt-get update
* apt-get dist-upgrade

The output:
