Package: xfce4-panel Version: 4.18.4-1 Severity: normal X-Debbugs-Cc: invernom...@paranoici.org
Hello there! Thanks for maintaining this package in Debian. I am trying xfce4-panel as a panel for my fluxbox based desktop: I start it with the following command $ xfce4-panel --disable-wm-check --sm-client-disable & It works well, except for one issue. If, in the Panel Properties, I choose to "Never" automatically hide the panel and I check "Reserve space on screen edges for the panel", I fail to see the intended effect. I mean: maximized windows still cover the area behind the panel. The panel is attached to the bottom screen edge. Please investigate and fix the bug and/or forward my bug report upstream, as appropriate. Thanks for your time!
