That's actually an issue with GDC, it only supports a really old standard library version currently (will be resolved with GDC 11, apparently), and supporting multiple standard library versions is a massive pain. I lowered the issue priority to wishlist, since GDC has never built this package successfully on the platforms where it is default so far - maybe GCC 11 will resolve this for good :-)
Versions 0.8.8-1 and versions 0.9.0-1 built successfully with gdc on armel, armhf and s390x.
However 0.9.1-1 failed to build with an internal compiler error on those architectures. Either a fix/workaround needs to be found for the internal compiler error, or if this is not possible the outdated binaries need to be removed.
