When fwupd proposes upgrading firmware (e.g. BIOS), it shows the changelog for the target version. However, typically that changelog only states the changes made in the most recent version. If the user is upgrading from, say, 1.50 to 1.53, showing the changelog for 1.53 does not explain the changes in 1.51 and 1.52.
