Dear Greg, it has been more than a year since this bug has been filed. Upstream TITAN has meanwhile released 8.3.0, 9.0.0 and 10.0.0, while debian still ships a known-broken 8.2.0
For exaple, the SMPP Protocol Module is encoding a wrong length value in the data it is sending. Also, LLC messages are encoded wrong, see https://osmocom.org/issues/5788 I really thnk that 8.3.0 should have been uploaded to debian more than a year ago in order to fix those issues.
