after we get nagios2-dbg through NEW, let's do this.

the problem is that we'd also have to add directives to the webserver
config to refer to their real location.  i think it'd be much simpiler
to just drop symlinks into place under

        /usr/share/nagios2/htdocs/images/logos/foo -> 
/usr/share/nagios/htdocs/images/logos/foo

which is fact what i uploaded last night after migrating the images
package into our svn repository and fixing an unrelated bug.  so, shall
we close this then?
