Package: bugs.debian.org Severity: important Tags: upstream Hi,
The Mackie ProFX16 is a mixer with a 2x4 USB interface. When I plug it on my computer, kern.log reports : ------8<------------- Jan 4 13:07:22 studio kernel: [ 649.029717] usb 1-1.3: new high-speed USB device number 4 using ehci-pci Jan 4 13:07:22 studio kernel: [ 649.108708] usb 1-1.3: New USB device found, idVendor=0a73, idProduct=0023, bcdDevice= 6.f2 Jan 4 13:07:22 studio kernel: [ 649.108715] usb 1-1.3: New USB device strings: Mfr=1, Product=3, SerialNumber=0 Jan 4 13:07:22 studio kernel: [ 649.108718] usb 1-1.3: Product: ProFx Jan 4 13:07:22 studio kernel: [ 649.108721] usb 1-1.3: Manufacturer: LOUD Technologies Inc. I did'nt find any information regarding this -32 error code. The alsa-info output is available at http://alsa- project.org/db/?f=c58140b0af84b98de7b97959cf5b48d94c64787c and the lsusb is attached bellow. If I change the kernel with a 4.19 or a 5.4 one, it works fine. I encountered this bug whith any post 5.4 kernel I tried, even 6 ones. The alsa-info output from a 5.4 custom kernel (from Librazik project) is available here: http://alsa- project.org/db/?f=9c94425e5b696704d956955714aaf94fb2ee8fc6 I've tried genuine debian kernel also and notice no differences regarding this bug compared to the Librazik custom kernel.
