Thanks for working on this. I see that the added autopkgtest uses network to
download the dataset. It is done properly, with 'needs-internet'
restriction, which is good. However, does Debian CI enable internet access
for such autopkgtests?
Isn't it exactly what needs-internet restriction was invented for?
May be I'm to naive here but I used it exactly for those cases and
it worked.
