I've filed a request for python3-python-telegram-bot to update to the latest upstream: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1054663
If that request is actioned, this bug could be closed by updating its dependencies to point to the newer version. Otherwise, we may need to revert telegram-send to a version that works with the older python-telegram-bot. Best regards, Dale Richards
