Bug#1043240: transition: pandas 1.5 -> 2.1

astropy isn't actually a regression (i.e. it's probably _a_ bug, but 
unrelated to pandas 2.x), and python-hypothesis appears to be fixed (by 
upstream, in 6.83.1).  I have filed individual bugs for the others.
