the tag upstream/2.90 is missing from the Git repo <http://thekelleys.org.uk/git/dnsmasq.git>.
This breaks gbp-buildpackage and the Salsa-CI pipeline:
$ gbp buildpackage
gbp:error: upstream/2.90 is not a valid treeish
