Ideally, you'd handle this on your own (i.e. apply to git, find sponsor,
upload).

Note that mptcpd does not FTBFS now. This bug is about making it
compatible with a future change. We need the number of prospective FTBFS
go down before doing this change to avoid disrupting the archive too
much. Then ahead of uploading, I'll bump the severity to RC with a
deadline. Locating a sponsor is easier once you fix an RC bug and if all
else fails, I can sponsor the upload once or NMU the change if you
prefer.
