Dear Maintainer, I've noticed a bug in this version of orca, for some reason in
the mate desktop, you could be navigating files with the file manager and orca
sometimes fails to read file names even if the orca curser is on it, there is
also a bug in the mate menu where orca will just keep reading, preferences menu
when navigating the submenus of that menu
*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
* What was the outcome of this action?
* What outcome did you expect instead?I expected orca to behave normally as
it usually does when navigating files or the mate menu
