Package: gnuvd Version: 1.0.3-1 Severity: normal gnuvd should convert the input word from the locale's charset to ISO-8859-1 and vice versa for the output. With the current version, looking up words with accented characters isn't possible in UTF-8 locales.
This shouldn't be hard to fix, I'll try to send a patch next week. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.16-1-amd64-k8 Locale: LANG=nl_BE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=nl_BE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Versions of packages gnuvd depends on: ii libc6 2.3.6-10 GNU C Library: Shared libraries gnuvd recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
