I filed a separate bug on rsjog, the meta-bug was mostly needed for the
python bindings where it's more like a dozen of packages.
I misparsed the suggest in libxml-parser-ruby1.6, thanks for pointing
it out! I'll rename that particular bug and lower its severity.
It was wrong to file the bug against general anyway, I should have
filed it against the bindings themselves in the first place, this is
why I reassigned against 368511 in an earlier mail already but am
reassigning again now.
