bookworm's dch doesn't know about the distributions based on bookworm:
$ dch -D bookworm-security -r

Given that uploads targeting bookworm-proposed-updates,
bookworm-security (and maybe "bookworm"?) are likely be done based on
bookworm, it would be great to get the change "debchange: Update to
current Debian distributions"[1] that is part of 2.23.5 into
bookworm's devscripts package.
