Dear Maintainer, the file /usr/share/applications/guvcview.desktop hardcodes the path to the icon file: Icon=/usr/share/pixmaps/guvcview/guvcview.png This means that themes like papirus-icon-theme cannot override the displayed icon for guvcview. Please stop hardcoding the path to the icon. A naive change to: Icon=guvcview makes it work if the user has papirus-icon-theme or other icon themes installed.
