Hi, Jurij Smakov has created a new firefox package in which this bug does not occur anymore (atleast, it works for me).
I guess this bug can be closed now if the patch is merged (either upstream or in the debian package). I've also forwarded this information upstream (mozilla bugzilla issue #329087).
