A common step in triaging (actual) problems entails asking "can you try this
or that?" (f.e. a patch) and to answer that you need to actually test it,
which means you actually need to have the hardware.
A proper time to report this issue if you actually have the hardware and
actually experience the issue. Not sooner.
So when more than 4 DIMM slots get occupied, would the admin really be expected to post a bug report and wait until (hopefully) someone bothers to provide and enter a kernel patch into the kernel repository, which then (hopefully) gets into the mainstream branch, which then (hopefully) also gets into Debian sid and then (hopefully) into Debian testing and then (hopefully) into the next Debian stable? I understand this process, and this takes years and is therefore quite long. The motherboard model with 8 slots of my post exists, AFAIK, already since 2017. (The topic starter has probably been waiting for a permanent fix for over 1.5 years already. If I were him, I wouldn't be able to wait and would switch to another OS or sell the machine because I don't rebuild kernels myself.)

And when you report an actual issue, provide *full* information and do not try
to pre-filter it. What you think may not be relevant, may actually be.
It's fine if you repeat the part you think is most important in your main
message, but also provide the full log (f.e. full dmesg output).

I can't do it because anonymizing requires concentration, and I cannot remain concentrated while going over 10K lines of a typical output of journalctl -b and heaven knows how many more lines of other logs. Still, whenever I am explicitly asked for data of a particular sort, I will do my best to provide them. As for the dmesg you asked, it's now attached from the beginning till the offending message in the subject line. If you need more, please say so.
