Package: procps
Version: 1:3.2.5-1
Severity: minor

Manual page reads:

    SYNOPSIS
       sysctl [-n] [-e] variable ...
       sysctl [-n] [-e] [-q] -w variable=value ...
       sysctl [-n] [-e] [-q] -p <filename>

However the file name is optional:

    -p Load in sysctl settings from the file
           specified   or
           /etc/sysctl.conf if none given.

So the SYNOPSIS line should read:

       sysctl [-n] [-e] [-q] -p [filename]
                                ==========
