https://tcpcrypt.org has been non-responsive for quite some time, and the tcpcrypt.org domain claims to have nameservers that are not responding as well. The project has been idle for years, and the protocol development is stalled in the IETF. I think it's time for this package to be removed from Debian. --dkg
