(sudo apt update was run before)
When installing bind9-utils, I get the error:
$ sudo apt install bind9-utils

Furthermore, the bind9 related packages are not set to the same versions:
$ sudo apt list bind9\*

bind9-doc/stable 1:9.18.12-1 all

Solution:??? update bind9 bind9-utils bind9utils bind9-dev bind9-doc to version 
1:9.18.12-1 in order to be consistent.
